Title US Billing Specialist (Immediate)

Location - Chandigarh IT Park

Salary - Up to 40-45k CTC

US Shift - (9 : 30pm - 6 : 30am)

5 days working + Cabs (pick n drop)

Must have 2-3 years of experience in similar role.

Generate and issue accurate invoices based on service delivery and contractual terms.

Follow up on unpaid invoices, negotiate with clients to resolve financial discrepancies, and secure timely payments.

Maintain digital records of invoices and payments, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Capable of handling billing inquiries and disputes independently.

Review and verify all billing documentation for accuracy before submission.

Coordinate with dispatch and project management to ensure all billable services are documented and approved for invoicing.

Detailed knowledge of billing practices and financial record-keeping.

Effective communication skills, with fluency in English for client interactions.

Immediate joining preferred.
