Job Title : Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant

Locations : Delhi, Noida, Mohali, Bangalore, Ahmedabad

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our team. The role involves understanding business requirements, configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM, and ensuring seamless integration with business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM based on client needs and best practices
  • Design and implement workflows, business rules, and automation processes within Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Work closely with technical teams to define customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies
  • Conduct requirement workshops and user training sessions for business users
  • Ensure smooth deployment, testing, and post-implementation support for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within the CRM environment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance CRM functionality and improve business processes
  • Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM updates, features, and industry trends
  • Document functional requirements, test cases, and user manuals

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant
  • Strong expertise in Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules of Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Hands-on experience in CRM configuration, customization, workflows, and business rules
  • Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) is a plus
  • Understanding of integration methods (APIs, Plugins, Azure Functions, Dataverse)
  • Experience in data migration, cleansing, and CRM performance optimization
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification is preferred
  • Contribution to process improvements and best practices within CRM
