Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Community Building : Establish and nurture communities of talent within our Centre of Excellence (COE) and specific regional areas.
- Talent Engagement : Develop and manage communication strategies to engage top talent with Jellyfish positioning us as their employer of choice utilizing innovative sourcing tools to enhance engagement.
- Global Project Support : Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to drive global projects aimed at enhancing operational excellence and improving the candidate experience.
- Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) : Work closely with the talent team to ensure our talent pool is diverse and our selection process are inclusive.
- Interview Coordination : Help coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
- Offer Management : Support the offer management process ensuring a smooth transition for selected candidates.
