Key Responsibilities :

Maintain and update customer records in Zoho CRM software.
Use ZOHO CRM software to track client interactions and analyze data.
Generate reports on customer trends, feedback, and engagement.
Ensure data accuracy and security at all times.

Qualification & Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

Working Knowledge of Zoho CRM software.

Data Analytics : Ability to analyze client data and trends.

Proficiency in MS Excel

Years of Experience :

0-2 years of experience (especially with Zoho Software)
