Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Overview
We are looking for a HR Assistant-Fresher's who is enthusiastic about helping people find the right job opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is just starting out in the recruitment space and wants to grow their career by learning the end-to-end hiring process in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interactions to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate details and status.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in recruitment or a strong interest in talent acquisition.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced hiring needs.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
