About the Role :
- As an Enterprise Sales Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in expanding Neysa's presence across large enterprise organisations by positioning our on-demand AI acceleration cloud solutions.
- You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in AI & Generative AI, guiding strategic discussions with C-suite executives and technical stakeholders alike.
- This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with a strong technical foundation, deep understanding of AI infrastructure, and a proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals in cloud or high-performance computing environments.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Discovery & Alignment : Understand unique client needs and deliver tailored, resilient AI / ML solutions that align with business goals.Solution Development : Design and pitch robust AI infrastructure solutions to technical personas (AI / ML Engineers, MLOps, Data Scientists), business leaders (CEO, CTO), and IT decision-makers (CIO, VP Infra).Sales Strategy Execution : Drive sales strategy execution with an emphasis on scalable, on-demand GPU infrastructure.Enterprise Engagement : Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders in large enterprise accounts.Market Intelligence : Track market trends, gather customer feedback, and refine solution positioning.Team Collaboration : Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with customer expectations.Required Qualifications :
Experience : 7+ years in enterprise sales, ideally within cloud computing, AI infrastructure, or high-performance computing environments.Technical Acumen : Strong understanding of hybrid cloud, AI / ML stacks (HW & SW), virtualization, and infrastructure management.Sales Skills : Proven ability to close high-value, complex, multi-stakeholder deals.Communication : Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience working with large enterprises in tech-forward sectors.Familiarity with emerging AI technologies, GPU infrastructure, virtualization services, and cloud-native architectures.Nice-to-Have Skills :
