Title : Growth Marketing (SEO, SEM, and Promotions).
- The Growth Marketer will be responsible for enhancing Netenrich's online presence through a strategic focus on SEO, SEM, website health, keyword ranking optimization, off-page SEO, community engagement, and community building.
- Additionally, the role includes creating high-quality promotional content to support marketing campaigns, improve brand visibility, and drive website traffic.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive strategies that contribute to our growth (Search Engine Optimization) :
- Develop, implement, and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Perform targeted keyword research based on BoF, MoF, and ToF to identify high-value keywords and optimize content accordingly.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to improve visibility and search engine ranking.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site issues that could affect search engine rankings.
- Ensure that SEO best practices are implemented across all digital content, including blogs, web pages, and promotional materials.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing optimization.
Off-Page SEO :
Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to build the authority and trust of Netenrich's website.Create and manage backlink building campaigns through outreach, partnerships, guest blogging, and content syndication to improve the website's domain authority.Identify opportunities for link building from authoritative sources within the IT and tech industry.Monitor the backlink profile, disavow toxic links, and ensure that Netenrich's off-page SEO remains strong and effective.Achieve the goal of fixed number of backlinks.Enhance social media engagement and external content distribution to improve Netenrich's brand recognition and search engine ranking.SEM (Search Engine Marketing) :
Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns to drive qualified traffic to the website and improve ROI on paid search.Generate qualified leads through SEM and achieve monthly goals.Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword bidding strategies, ad copy creation, A / B testing, and budget management.Analyze SEM campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve conversions and reduce cost-per-click (CPC).Monitor competitors' paid search strategies and adjust Netenrich's SEM efforts accordingly to stay competitive.Keyword Ranking :
Track and monitor keyword rankings to assess the effectiveness of SEO and SEM strategies.Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz to track keyword performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Provide recommendations to content and product teams for targeted content strategies based on keyword performance data.Adjust and refine SEO and SEM campaigns to continually improve keyword rankings and overall search Content Creation :Work with the content team to create engaging, high-quality content such as blogs, case studies, white papers, eBooks, and landing pages that are optimized for search engines.Develop SEO-friendly copy and promotional content that aligns with marketing campaigns, ensuring it resonates with the target audience.Collaborate on the creation of content for paid media campaigns, product pages, email marketing, and other digital channels to drive traffic and generate leads.Optimize content for lead generation and conversion, utilizing SEO and keyword strategies to ensure visibility and engagement.Community Building :
Develop and lead community-building initiatives that foster a strong, engaged audience around Netenrich's products and services.Create and nurture dedicated communities, such as brand advocates, customer forums, online groups, and other platforms that encourage user-generated content and feedback.Collaborate with customer success, product, and support teams to ensure the community feels valued and supported.Organize and promote virtual and in-person events, user groups, or online forums to strengthen community bonds and engage existing customers while attracting new ones.Measure the growth and success of community initiatives, tracking user engagement and overall impact on brand loyalty and customer retention.Data Analysis and Reporting :
Analyze website performance, SEM results, keyword rankings, off-page SEO efforts, community engagement, and community building initiatives to evaluate the success of campaigns and initiatives.Use data and insights from analytics tools to refine SEO, SEM, and community engagement strategies, adjusting tactics based on performance.Provide regular performance reports to the leadership team, showcasing improvements in search rankings, website traffic, conversions, community growth, and ROI.Required Skills :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in growth marketing with a focus on SEO, SEM, website optimization, off-page SEO, community engagement, and community building.Proven experience in managing SEO and SEM campaigns with a strong track record of improving keyword rankings and website traffic.Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.) and content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot).Strong understanding of technical SEO and website health best practices.Hands-on experience with SEM platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) and paid media strategies.Experience in backlink building, content syndication, and link outreach for effective off-page SEO.Familiarity with community engagement strategies and platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, industry forums, etc.Proven experience in building and nurturing online communities, including user-generated content and customer advocacy programs.Excellent copywriting skills and ability to create SEO-friendly content for blogs, case studies, landing pages, and other digital media.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies.Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications :
