Outbound Sales Specialist

Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven track record of success in B2C sales, preferably in the travel industry. Strong leadership and team management skills (Note : You won't be managing a team in this role, but these skills can still be valuable for leadership within the department). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets. Knowledge of outbound travel destinations and packages . Willingness to travel as needed.
As the B2C Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and providing outstanding travel experiences to our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy Development : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the B2C market segment.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Customer Relationship Management : Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of our travel packages and services to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Sales Collateral : Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Sales Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, outlining performance against targets and market trends.
- Customer Feedback : Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
