ROLE OVERVIEW

The Product Implementation Consultant is a pivotal role responsible for deploying our advanced digital logistics solutions to international clients, particularly in the US market. This position combines technical acumen, client engagement, and strategic project management expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. PRODUCT IMPLEMENTATION & CONFIGURATION

• Lead product deployment and configuration efforts by acting as the primary liaison for US-based enterprise clients
• Understand client requirements and ensure smooth integration with their existing systems and processes
• Customize implementation plans based on client-specific needs and operational structures
• Develop and execute detailed project timelines and deliverables
• Provide technical documentation and training materials for end-users
