Our inclusive culture ensures that every employee feels valued respected and appreciated with a robust set of employee benefits and engagement : Specialist (4I Professional I)Reports into : Manager Job Description : Responsible for managing & executing close process and applying the technical skills of Power BI Ms Access SQL databaseResponsibilities : Prepares monthly financial reporting packages with detailed commentary Liaison with US stakeholders to drive conversation on business dynamics and requirement Builds bottoms-up budget templates and partner with business leaders to identify drivers / measures to achieve top-down budget targets. Prepares Monthly Non-Payroll and Payroll Accruals Work on SOX and other Internal Audits Performs quantitative analysis of operational and financial data Drive the reporting and analysis of data reporting automation Dashboarding and business intelligence programs. Builds and manages financial databases by organizing and analyzing a wide range of data sources Prepares financial reports for internal use at the company by collecting analyzing formatting and presenting information Performs ad hoc analysis for executives as required Qualification Requirements : Graduate / post-graduate / MBA- Finance Experience using and demonstrating strong proficiency with o Microsoft SQL Power BI and DAX o Managing databases and data modeling Experience with ERP(Oracle) EPBCS(Hyperion) and Workday preferred Excellent analytical skills with familiarity with accounting financial analysis and reporting Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
