Job description

Kytes is a leading PSA software platform built to create value for service businesses and unlock their growth potential. With Kytes, you can simplify business processes and gain the clarity and insights needed to make data-driven decisions that matter. Kytes digitizes and automates end-to-end project operations, including project financials, project delivery, and resource management, leading to revenue growth and better margins.

We are currently seeking individuals for our U.S. shift whose profiles match the roles we are hiring for. We are looking for minimum 3 years of experience. If you believe your skills align with these positions, we would love to discuss them further. Please review the job description below.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, adjusted to U.S. business hours .
  • Understand customer needs and requirements across different time zones.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate U.S.-based sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest specifically in the U.S. market.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the assigned U.S. territory.
  • Team with U.S. channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
  • Perform effective online demos for U.S. prospects.
  • Develop business through cold calls to new and current U.S.-based leads.
  • Qualify all new sellers by analyzing their offerings aligned with U.S. market needs.
  • Ensure steady communication with all existing U.S. accounts using client service skills.
  • Manage and provide solutions to any customer satisfaction issues during U.S. business hours.

Key Daily Deliverables :

  • 80 to 100 outbound calls during U.S. business hours.
  • 100 emails targeting the right U.S. customer profile.
  • Regular updates of the CRM with the latest notes and inputs.
  • Connect with prospects via multiple channels like , with a focus on U.S.-based leads.
