Duties and Responsibilities :
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, adjusted to U.S. business hours .
- Understand customer needs and requirements across different time zones.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate U.S.-based sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest specifically in the U.S. market.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the assigned U.S. territory.
- Team with U.S. channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
- Perform effective online demos for U.S. prospects.
- Develop business through cold calls to new and current U.S.-based leads.
- Qualify all new sellers by analyzing their offerings aligned with U.S. market needs.
- Ensure steady communication with all existing U.S. accounts using client service skills.
- Manage and provide solutions to any customer satisfaction issues during U.S. business hours.
