Extensive knowledge of local area roads, landmarks, and traffic patterns for optimal routing. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and make informed decisions. Roles and Responsibilities Provide courteous and efficient transportation services to passengers in the Ernakulam area. Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and meets all safety requirements. Utilize route optimization and ride-hailing apps effectively to manage bookings and navigation. Assist passengers with their luggage and provide information about the local area when necessary. Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage for reporting purposes. Adhere to traffic regulations and safety standards at all times to ensure a safe environment. Engage with passengers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
