The roles and responsibilities of the OOH Recruitment Consultant are below :
Responsibilities
1. Making and receiving calls from clients and candidates
2. Placing candidates into new and replacement shifts & communicating effectively with clients and candidates
3. Bookings shifts, managing cancellations & escalations / DNAs, taking requests from Hospitals & Clients over the phone & Email, co-ordinate with Nurses for Shifts Bookings)
4. Maintaining relationships with clients and candidates & providing a service that goes the extra mile.
5. Managing various client rosters and updating our internal Recruitment Management System / Handovers for accuracy and compliance
6. Liaise with the Hospitals / Staff Banks for booking shifts as per the availabilities
7. Liaise with Payroll & Compliance team for payments & bookings of the Nurses, if any
8. This role requires an individual with an excellent phone manner & positive attitude and someone with a sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task to ensure client orders are filled in a timely manner
Skill Required :
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Hands-on experience working on booking portals and applications.
3. Well-versed with UK geography / culture and NHS network.
4. Strong desire to self-learn along with the willingness to work on tight deadlines.
5. Good booking and sourcing knowledge (UK Nursing).
