• Current Opportunity : Customised Learning Solutions Specialist Location : India Salary :  7-7.5 lacs per year plus competitive benefits offering Onsite / Hybrid / Remote : Hybrid or remote depending on your proximity to our Bangalore office What you will do : The Customised Learning Solutions Specialist will assist the Global Learning Solutions department to deliver learning events to clients around the world.

This position will report to the Learning Events Team Leader.

We are looking for a strong Learning Solutions Specialist who has exceptional organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks at any one time.

This person will need to have excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities : Coordinate global training requests (onsite or online) as per WPO clients’ requests.

Confirm training logistics with Account Managers and Trainers.

Select and brief the appropriate trainer to meet client training requests.

Liaise with local trainers to ensure that training is effectively localized.

Act as subject matter expert regarding our offering of Trainings and orientations.

Do small customizations to orientation presentations for managers and employees.

Create a promotional flyer to provide to Client to announce the training session.

Prepare Powerpoint presentations for trainings.

Ensure that translation of presentations complies with the WPO Translation Policy.

Ensure all event details in respective UCMS Workplace Event are documented.

Generate satisfaction results in PowerBI and provide satisfaction reports to clients.

Provide a training summary to the client and account manager following the training session.

Host online live webinars or pre-recorded sessions.

Work within specific timeframes for completion of certain Workplace Events activities.

Achieve a 98% error free rate for all items completed for distribution at client locations.

Participate in GLS Ad hoc projects.

Qualifications / Skills : Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

High proficiency with skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, UCMS, GoToWebinar, JIRA, Visio & SharePoint.

Expertise in establishing & maintaining data quality standards.

Fluency in languages other than English is highly preferred.

Strong overall communication skills, presentation, facilitation, and diplomacy skill Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including sensitivity to working with individuals of different languages and levels of English proficiency.

Be a good team player.

Strong aptitude for technology and attention to detail.

Appreciation for cultural diversity.

Flexibility to work in a variety of time zones.

Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.

Ability to multi-task, managing multiple initiatives concurrently.

Ability to problem solve quickly and creatively.
