Job Role & Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Provide accurate prompt support to ensure clients feel valued.
  • Maintain clear communication and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Relay relevant information to clients and internal teams.
  • Stay adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to company and hospital policies during interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries.
  • Efficiently handle a high volume of calls.
  • Prioritize issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Route calls to appropriate departments when needed.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution and process completion.
  • Document call details according to company SOPs.
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate to technical teams.
  • Multitask and manage internal software platforms.
  • Respond to emails when needed.

Key Requirements :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills and empathy for clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work weekends and in different shifts.
  • A background in home science is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • 110 years of international voice process experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices.
  • High level of professionalism and customercentric approach
