Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales management to understand hiring needs and develop tailored job descriptions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target candidates and recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media and networking to attract potential applicants.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
- Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills qualifications and fit for the sales team.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive candidate database for ongoing recruitment efforts.
- Provide feedback and insights to hiring managers on candidate progress and suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the sales team.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as part of the hiring process.
- Support onboarding processes for new recruits to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance the company s presence in the labor market.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make adjustments as needed.
- Attend job fairs and networking events to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed and engaged.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sales hiring.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.Proven experience as a recruiter preferably within a sales environment.Strong understanding of sales processes and the skills required for success in sales roles.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage candidates.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.Familiarity with social media recruitment strategies.Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Strong negotiation skills to discuss offers and close candidates.Experience developing recruitment marketing strategies is a plus.Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and improve processes accordingly.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to the recruitment process.Willingness to travel for open houses or recruitment events as needed.Positive attitude with strong problemsolving abilities.active listening,negotiation skills,time management,communication skills,recruitment,sales,hiring,communication,recruiter
