As the AI Tech Lead Manager , you will act as a principal investigator , bridging advanced AI research with real-world applications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about cutting-edge AI technologies and eager to take on a leadership position while remaining hands-on. You will lead a team of talented engineers and researchers, tackling complex problems and driving innovation in customer feedback analysis .

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Advanced AI Research and Innovation

• Serve as the go-to expert for solving challenging technical problems.
• Conduct in-depth research to develop innovative AI solutions .
• Run Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects to explore new technologies and validate approaches.
• Optimize and manage model deployment costs.

About You

Research Expertise – Strong AI research background with experience in applying advanced techniques to real-world problems. Experience handling an annotation team is a plus.

Leadership Ambition – Ready to take on a leadership role while continuing hands-on AI research and development.

Problem Solver – Ability to tackle complex AI challenges and develop innovative solutions .

LLM Expertise – Proven experience in building and deploying Large Language Model (LLM)-powered applications .
