About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Gen AI Developer to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing AI-powered solutions to enhance our lead-generation efforts. You will be responsible for designing building and optimizing AI models and systems to identify qualify and nurture potential leads ultimately driving revenue growth. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective AI-driven strategies.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement AI / ML models for lead scoring lead prediction and other lead generation-related tasks.
  • Design and build data pipelines to collect clean and prepare data for model training and deployment.
  • Utilize various machine learning techniques (e.g. supervised unsupervised reinforcement learning) to solve complex lead generation challenges.
  • Experiment with and evaluate different AI models and algorithms to identify the best solutions for specific use cases.
  • Deploy and maintain AI models in a production environment ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to maintain accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand their requirements and provide data-driven insights.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI / ML and lead generation technologies.
  • Please contribute to the development of our overall lead generation strategy.
  • Document code models and processes thoroughly.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Machine Learning or a related field.
  • Proven experience 6yrs in developing and deploying AI / ML models specifically for lead generation or marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or similar.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and related AI / ML services.
  • Experience with data processing and ETL tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with A / B testing and other optimization techniques is a plus.
  • Experience with NLP and chatbot development is a plus.
