Senior AI / ML Engineer (Tech Lead - AI / ML)

We are looking for a Senior AI / ML Engineer to lead our AI / ML development efforts and shape the technical direction of our AI-driven products. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable AI / ML solutions and mentoring the team in best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI / ML Models : Design and build advanced AI / ML models.
• Scale ML Models : Optimize for production using FastAPI, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Deploy on Cloud : Build and deploy on AWS, GCP, or Azure with Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Lead AI Research : Drive R&D in deep learning, NLP, computer vision.
• Implement CI / CD : Create pipelines for AI deployment (Podman, Jenkins).
• Ensure Data Security : Manage governance, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders : Align AI with business goals.
• Mentor Engineers : Train and guide junior team members.
