About the Role :

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer Lead to take ownership of the end-to-end development of our AI-driven agent product. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend and frontend systems, ensuring smooth interactions between AI models, data pipelines, and user interfaces.

Responsibilities :

Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang, Node.js, or Python.
Build and optimize modern, responsive frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
Design and implement real-time, event-driven architectures for AI-driven interactions.
Work with WebSockets, gRPC, and GraphQL for efficient data transmission.
Ensure seamless API integration between frontend, backend, and AI services.
Optimize database performance (MongoDB, Redis, or similar).
Lead and mentor a team of full stack engineers, setting best practices and code standards.
Collaborate closely with AI / ML engineers, product managers, and designers to enhance user experience.
Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the application.
Drive continuous improvements through code reviews, testing, and automation.

Requirements :

5+ years of experience in fullstack development with a focus on backend (Golang / Node.js / Python) and frontend (React, TypeScript).

Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

Experience with WebSockets, GraphQL, and real-time data processing.

Deep understanding of state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or Recoil).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience leading teams, conducting code reviews, and implementing engineering best practices.

Strong understanding of security, performance optimization, and database scaling.

Exposure to AI / ML-driven applications, speech recognition, or NLP is a plus.

Good to have :

Experience with WebRTC, WebSockets, or real-time streaming applications.

Prior work in AI-driven UX and conversational interfaces.

Contributions to open-source projects or personal fullstack projects.
