About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead content execution and audience engagement at Alt . You’ll play a key role in transforming raw research into compelling stories, especially for video and short-form content. This is a manager-cum-IC role with a large focus on storytelling, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and community-building.
What You’ll Do
- Create engaging storylines for reels using content provided by the research team
- Own and maintain the monthly content calendar across all platforms
- Repurpose long-form content (blogs, podcasts) into reels, carousels, videos, etc.
- Post and manage content on WhatsApp and respond to relevant queries
- Drive audience engagement and collaborate with influencers / partners for growth
- Track performance metrics across all channels and optimize based on insights
- Use no-code tools like Lovable to manage and update Alt’s website
What We’re Looking For
4–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably as a generalist across functionsStrong content sense and ability to weave stories from research-driven contentFamiliarity with content creation workflows (shooting / editing / scripting)Good analytical skills to interpret performance data and make informed decisionsBonus : SEO & AEO knowledge and prior experience in community building
