Role Overview :

We’re seeking a passionate and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead and optimize marketing campaigns across digital platforms. This role requires hands-on management of key digital platforms (Facebook, , Google Ads, and App Store channels) to boost brand presence, accelerate user acquisition, and optimize performance across campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), YouTube, and other paid media.
• Own the customer acquisition funnel—monitor key metrics (CAC, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Run and scale lead generation campaigns targeting the global NRI audience.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Leverage A / B testing to optimize creative, messaging, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) to track performance and derive actionable insights.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Manage performance marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI.
• Work closely with founders and leadership to align marketing with business goals.
