Learn more at are seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Manager to lead our Health, Safety & Environment strategy and operations for the Ruby FPSO / Region Kakinada. Reporting to the Operations Manager and functionally aligned with the Upstream HSE team, this role is responsible for setting the strategic direction of HSE, regulatory compliance, and emergency response (CCM / ER) programs. - Develop and maintain the regional HSE strategy, aligned with the global OCS HSE vision.
- Lead integration of GOO, GWO, and GPO HSE requirements within the region.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives in accordance with business strategy and HSE policies.
- Promote a strong speak-up and proactive safety culture in line with OCS Safety Leadership
Leadership & Lead and mentor a team of onshore / offshore HSE professionals.
Conduct performance assessments, provide coaching, and build technical capabilities.Ensure effective team collaboration with GWO / GPO as & Regulatory Manage regulatory compliance requirements and stakeholder relationships at the regional level.Lead audits, ensure compliance with self-verification frameworks, and oversee gap closure plans.Support adherence to local and corporate regulations, practices, and sub-elements of operating Management & Risk Oversee incident investigations, identify root causes, and ensure implementation of systemic learnings.Embed formal processes for hazard identification, incident response, and improvement tracking.Develop insights from HSE metrics, self-verification activities, and audits to advise Collaborate with other departments to ensure HSE support for service delivery through SLAs.Support contractor safety management and interface with external agencies as needed.Advise operations teams on emerging risks and corrective actions to improve safety & Resource Manage the HSE functions budget, control costs, and plan resource & Master's / Bachelor's Degree in HSE-related discipline, Engineering, or any related field.NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety is mandatory.IEMA / IOHA or other relevant professional accreditation Extensive HSE experience in oil & gas or other high-hazard industries.Proven leadership in process and personal safety across large-scale operations.Advanced technical expertise in hazard identification, regulatory compliance, and safety program delivery.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Why Youll Love Working at OCS
