Job Purpose :

The Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our safety management consulting services. This role plays a key part in expanding our client base and maintaining strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and service offerings.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Track client interactions, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in a consulting or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of safety management services or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Performance Expectations :

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Successfully onboard and maintain new client relationships.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports
