Summary

As Creative Services Manager, you will be the bridge between Fireworks creative team and our clients, ensuring brands maximize the impact of their video commerce experiences. You have a passion for revolutionizing the way businesses connect with and captivate their customers and are on a mission to deliver immersive and engaging experiences that drive business impact. This role requires a mix of client management, creative direction, and project management to help brands elevate their digital storytelling.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for local clients, understand their business needs and translate them into compelling creative work with the team
• Have a strong creative production knowledge with a clear, concise ability to provide direction to internal and external partners
• Manage projects / programs / campaigns through the entire lifecycle : planning, creative, production, delivery, and wrap with our production team
• Lead project-related team meetings (i.e., kick-offs, status, internal / client reviews, etc.), and communicate action steps to the broader team
• Clearly communicate project status with stakeholders regularly
• Work with global teams to ensure seamless execution of creative projects
• Monitor content performance and leverage data-driven insights to refine creative strategies for maximum impact
• Stay ahead of industry trends to provide innovative recommendations to clients
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints
