Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

Proactively hunt for target organizations (with ex-pat presence) / business prospects through cold calls, referrals, market updates, and databases. Network with international corporates to develop client base. Penetrate organizations via current clientele, and heads of HR & Admin / decision-makers, irrespective of nationality of ex-pats. Understand how they can benefit from our group services.

• Generate leads for multiple verticals. Set-up cross-selling meetings.
• Implement business models to create new ventures. Lead negotiations and drive deal closures.
• Significantly contribute to corporate brand strategy. Support other marketing efforts. Utilize social media to generate leads. Gain membership of industry / business forums / Chambers of Commerce. Strengthen rapport in key accounts / ongoing assignments.
• Contribute significantly to complex large pitches / transactions and strategies. Reach out to leaders for support.
• Design and present client proposals, contracts. Ensure required documentation in place.
• Handover clients with thorough briefings to account management teams / representatives in each vertical, and keep a check on services."
