About the Role
We're a fast-growing digital marketing and branding agency looking for a go-getter Business Development Manager who thrives in outbound sales, client relationships, and strategic thinking.
If youve sold services in the marketing, design, or creative space before, this is your stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure
- Engage directly with CXOs, Founders, and Marketing Heads of mid- to large-sized brands
- Craft tailored sales proposals that translate client needs into powerful campaigns
- Represent the agency at industry events and build long-term client relationships
- Keep a close eye on market trends, competitor moves, and client feedback
- Cross-sell and upsell services across SEO, Paid Ads, Design, Content, and - 24 years of outbound B2B sales experience (preferably in agencies)
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of digital channels, branding, and marketing services
- Bachelor's degree in any stream (Digital Marketing certifications are a plus)
