Role Overview :
Were looking for a strategic and driven Manager of Inside Sales to lead and scale our inside sales team. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing lead conversion, and building a high-performing sales engine aligned with our companys goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build, manage, and mentor the Inside Sales team to exceed revenue and performance targets.
- Design and execute inside sales strategies to generate and qualify leads for the business development team.
- Optimize CRM processes (e.g., lead tracking, follow-ups, reporting) and maintain accurate pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns with sales goals and track lead quality.
- Develop KPIs, performance dashboards, and regular sales forecasts for leadership.
- Provide hands-on support for key accounts and high-priority deals when required.
- Identify training needs and organize regular skill-building sessions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor movements, and best practices in SaaS / IT services sales.
Key Requirements :
5+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in digital services, IT, SaaS, or consulting domains.At least 2 years of experience in leading or managing a sales team.Strong understanding of lead generation, qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.), and consultative selling.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and sales automation.Strong analytical, planning, and execution capabilities.Entrepreneurial mindset with a "lead from the front" attitude.What We Offer :
