Key Responsibilities :
Drive Strategic Growth : Develop and implement robust business strategies aimed at growing the portfolio by 3X over the next 4 years, ensuring direct alignment with overall company goals and objectives.Business Development : Proactively leverage existing industry connections and networks to generate new leads, identify new business opportunities, and drive aggressive business expansion within the IT services sector.Client Relationship Management : Strategically map and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders at all levels, ensuring deep engagement, high client satisfaction, and identifying continuous upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Sales Team Leadership : Recruit, build, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of accountability, results orientation, and continuous improvement.Performance Tracking & Management : Regularly review team and individual sales performance against - established targets and KPIs, implementing effective corrective actions and coaching where necessary to ensure goals are met or exceeded.Pre-Sales Coordination : Collaborate seamlessly with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure the creation of compelling proposals, accurate solutioning, and smooth client handover processes.Sales Pipeline Ownership : Take full ownership of the sales pipeline, diligently managing opportunities from lead generation to closure, to consistently achieve quarterly revenue targets for both individual contributions and the entire team.Market Intelligence : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the IT services market to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.Required Qualifications :
