Job Description :

  • We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales / Business Development Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience specifically within the IT Services industry.
  • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving significant business growth, building strong client relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • This role is critical for expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious revenue targets by leveraging existing industry connections and fostering new strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive Strategic Growth : Develop and implement robust business strategies aimed at growing the portfolio by 3X over the next 4 years, ensuring direct alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Business Development : Proactively leverage existing industry connections and networks to generate new leads, identify new business opportunities, and drive aggressive business expansion within the IT services sector.
  • Client Relationship Management : Strategically map and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders at all levels, ensuring deep engagement, high client satisfaction, and identifying continuous upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Sales Team Leadership : Recruit, build, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of accountability, results orientation, and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Tracking & Management : Regularly review team and individual sales performance against - established targets and KPIs, implementing effective corrective actions and coaching where necessary to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Pre-Sales Coordination : Collaborate seamlessly with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure the creation of compelling proposals, accurate solutioning, and smooth client handover processes.
  • Sales Pipeline Ownership : Take full ownership of the sales pipeline, diligently managing opportunities from lead generation to closure, to consistently achieve quarterly revenue targets for both individual contributions and the entire team.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the IT services market to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 8+ years of progressive sales and business development experience.
  • Prior experience working exclusively in the IT Services industry is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
