We are hiring for our client who are a well-established support company providing back-office solutions for the financial sector. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a motivated and energetic person fore the role of Customer Care Agent to join their India Team.
Job Role :
l Serve customers by phone, e-mail, online chat, and social network by providing product and service information.
l To represent the company professionally in all contacts with customers. To follow the industry standards and internal quality criteria, and thereby increase the level of customer satisfaction (incl. the number of positive customer feedback).
l To address customers in a friendly and respectful manner according to the general principles of ethics.
l Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
l Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
l Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters.
l Show excellent self-organization and discipline, attention to details.
