Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Set clear sales objectives, forecasts, and performance metrics for the region.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing regional sales team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations with major accounts and close high-value deals.
- Represent the company at regional industry events and conferences.
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure effective CRM utilization.
- Monitor KPIs, generate regular reports, and analyze performance data.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to optimize the sales funnel.
- Manage regional sales budget and allocate resources efficiently.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).15+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales,Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving growth.Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel within the region as needed.Key Skills
