Regional Manager - Industrial Sales
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting industrial clients across multiple sectors.
- Identify key industries and accounts needing wastewater and pipeline management solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers including plant managers, EHS heads, and facility teams.
- Conduct technical consultations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
- Manage RFQs, RFPs, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Own the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to closure and post-sales handover.
- Stay informed on industry trends, compliance regulations, and emerging client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications :
7-10 years of experience in industrial / technical sales, business development, or account management.Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor onboarding, and plant-level operations.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in B2B technical environments.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, demos, and industry events.Preferred Attributes :
