Role Overview

We're seeking a high-energy Growth Leader with exceptional communication and outbound calling skills to drive our sales pipeline and accelerate business growth. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, persuasive, and analytically driven, looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic SaaS startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls and engage with potential B2B customers.
  • Build, manage, and nurture a strong sales pipeline .
  • Execute outreach campaigns via phone, email, and .
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align on lead strategies.
  • Track outreach activity and conversion data in CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback and insights to optimize sales messaging and targeting.
  • Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve lead-gen efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in a growth, sales, or outbound business development role.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident and skilled in cold calling and outbound conversations .
  • Strong analytical skills — comfort with data, metrics, and conversion analysis.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and eager to learn and grow in a startup setting.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
  • Nice to Have

  • Prior internship or role in B2B SaaS or tech sales.
  • Exposure to email automation, tools, or sales enablement platforms.
  • Understanding of sales funnel stages and basic growth KPIs.
