Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Lead Generation & Campaign Specialist to join our Growth & Marketing team. You will play a key role in fueling our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-value B2B prospects through targeted outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Data Acquisition : Build targeted lead lists using scraping tools and manual research; maintain and update CRM data for accuracy and segmentation.
- Outbound Campaigns : Plan, craft, and execute multi-touch outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn; personalize messaging and manage automation workflows.
- Channel Management : Oversee email and LinkedIn outreach; explore additional channels (cold calling, WhatsApp, Slack, paid ads, direct mail) as JD : Outbound Lead Generation Specialist 1 needed; collaborate with marketing for integrated campaigns.
- Performance & Optimization : Track campaign metrics, report on results, run A / B tests, and analyze data to refine targeting, messaging, and cadence.
- Collaboration : Align with sales and business development for lead hand off; share insights and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in outbound lead generation, sales development, or outbound marketing in a B2B environment (preferably tech or services).Proficiency in scraping and sourcing leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoom Info, etc.Experience with outbound automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Overloop, Expandi, HubSpot, Mailshake, Outreach).Strong copy writing skills for crafting compelling, personalized outreach messages.Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking and managing leads.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to tailor messaging for different personas and industries.Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of compliance and best practices in outbound outreach (GDPR, spam regulations).Bonus Skills
Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.Exposure to additional outbound channels such as cold calling, paid ads, or direct mail.Experience in the VR, SaaS, or technology sector.Familiarity with video or interactive content for outbound campaigns.To Apply
