About the Role :
We're looking for a strategic and execution-driven Head of Organic Acquisition to lead all non-paid growth initiatives across SEO, ASO, Content Marketing, and emerging channels like LLMO (Large Language Model Optimization). This is a high-ownership role for someone passionate about building sustainable growth engines from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for the complete Organic User growth Initiatives at Oliveboard
- Own and drive the complete SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page).
- Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) to improve app discoverability and installs.
- Build and scale an impactful content marketing engine.
- Explore and implement LLMO strategies to capture AI-driven search traffic.
- Analyze performance metrics (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, etc.) and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and content teams to align organic user growth with business At least 5+ years in digital marketing with deep SEO expertise.
- Proven track record of driving organic growth at scale (1M+ monthly organic traffic)
- Strong understanding of search trends, content strategy, and SEO tools.
- Experience in ASO and app growth is a big plus.
