About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Application Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and solutions to support IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), HRSD, CSM, and / or custom applications within the platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform using scoped applications.
- Configure and customize core applications like Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request, CMDB, and Asset Management.
- Implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, notifications, and catalog items.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server, or other integration methods.
- Provide support and enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.
- Participate in technical design reviews, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Follow Agile / Scrum development methodologies and ensure alignment with best practices and governance.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards across the ServiceNow platform.
