Role Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow (SNOW) Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, automation, and integrations with enterprise systems.

As a ServiceNow SME , you will be responsible for custom application development, scripting, integrations, and overall platform enhancements while ensuring best practices in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or SecOps modules.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and automation.
• Customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM or other enterprise modules.
• Develop and optimize ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, APIs, Webhooks).
• Implement and enhance ServiceNow CMDB , ensuring data accuracy, reconciliation, and automation.
• Develop custom scripts (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, UI Policies, ACLs, and UI Actions) .
• Configure and manage ServiceNow catalog, self-service portals, notifications, reports, and dashboards .
• Troubleshoot and resolve L3+ ServiceNow incidents, performance issues, and platform defects .
