Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a particular focus on SecOps. This role requires hands-on experience with various ServiceNow modules, scripting languages, and an agile development approach. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements and enhance our service delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, configure, and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on the SecOps module.
Design and implement solutions leveraging ServiceNow Service Portal framework, creating and enhancing Service Portal widgets and pages using AngularJS.
Write and maintain server-side and client-side scripts including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Script Actions / Events, and Asynchronous Transformations.
Develop and manage data integrations using Import Sets, Export Sets, and Scripted REST APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
Participate actively in all phases of the Agile development lifecycle, from sprint planning to deployment and post-implementation support.
Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and adherence to security standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise :

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development experience.

2+ years of experience specifically in the SecOps module, with a strong understanding of its functionalities.

Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, ITBM, Custom Applications, and Employee Service Center Portal is a plus.

2+ years of experience with at least one scripting language such as JavaScript or AngularJS.

1+ years of experience working within an Agile development framework.

Hands-on experience developing applications in the ServiceNow Service Portal framework.

Hands-on experience with AngularJS, Service Portal widgets, and pages.

Advanced level experience with the ServiceNow primary toolset, including :

Service Portal

Business Rules

Client Scripts

Script Includes

Script Actions / Events

Import Sets

Export Sets

Asynchronous Transformation

Scripted REST

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
