About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team at Unacademy. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and operational problem-solving to support and scale our sales and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage dashboards using Data Visualization tools.
• Design and automate data workflows using Google Sheets, Advanced Excel, and App Script.
• Create and manage Google Forms and operational data collection tools.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to streamline operations and drive insights.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to support strategic decisions.
• Manage and resolve sales escalations with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain and optimize CRM tools (preferably LeadSquared).
• Ensure clear stakeholder communication and timely project updates.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and drive operational efficiency.
