Corporate Sales Manager

Job descriptionEstablish and nurture strong relationships with key corporate clients. Conduct regular client meetings to comprehend their insurance needs and offer customized solutions. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector. Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to devise effective sales campaigns and promotional activities. Manage a comprehensive range of General Insurance products including Corporate Fire Marine Motor Liability and Engineering Insurance among others. Bachelors degree is required; a master s degree is preferred. Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate sales within the insurance industry with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Demonstrated track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills. Profound knowledge of insurance products and services. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
