  • Strategic Sales Leadership :
  • Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve
  • revenue and growth targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic
  • partnerships to expand the corporate client base.

  • Team Management :
  • Lead and mentor the corporate sales team, setting clear goals
  • and performance benchmarks.

  • Conduct regular training and workshops to enhance team skills
  • and performance.

  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate
  • clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements.

  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues to maintain
  • satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Market Analysis :
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry
  • developments to inform sales strategies.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for
  • new product development and market expansion.

  • Sales Operations :
  • Oversee the end-to-end corporate sales cycle, from lead
  • generation to deal closure.

  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis of sales
  • performance.

  • Ensure face time with Corporate for selling and conduct sales
  • presentations.

  • Prospect for potential Corporate using various direct methods
  • such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as

    networking, LinkedIn etc.

  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge (Ambrane
  • Products) in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects at

    Admin Heads / HR Heads / Marketing Heads / Trade Marketing Heads / IT Heads / Loyalty

    Program Heads etc.

  • Report on sales / lead generation activity on a daily basis.
  • Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.

  • Draft and deliver proposals. Suggesting upgrades or added
  • products and services that may be of interest to clients.

  • Identify the POC for Gifting in different organizations in
  • Delhi NCR Region.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration :
  • Work closely with the product development, marketing, and
  • supply chain teams to ensure alignment with corporate sales goals.

  • Participate in product planning and launch activities to align
  • with corporate client demands.
