We are looking for a Sales Development Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Specialists spread across Asia. The Sales Development teams are responsible for generating new business for LinkedIn by developing and qualifying revenue opportunities. You will be a frontline manager of Sales Development Representatives focused on building the APAC corporate sales pipeline and achieving individual team and regional quotas.
This role will be managing Outbound SDRs for LinkedIn Talent Solutions (Talent Learning) and focus will be to execute Outbound SD strategy for new segment & growth region. You will partner closely with APAC sales leaders to deliver successful SD impact for Acquisition business. Finally as a leader within Sales Development you will collaborate with Acquisition Ops SD Enablement TA to develop a robust sales development strategy and drive key initiatives to achieve Sales objectives.
You will be expected to take intelligent risks while driving initiatives to meet common organizational goals. The Sales Development Managers are expected to drive peer collaboration while having a healthy competitive attitude amongst them. We are growing fast and there is a lot to do around here!
