Job Title : Sales Business Development Manager

Reporting To : Partnerships Director

Job Type : Full Time (either UK time zone 1 : 00PM-10 : 00PM / US Time Zone - 4 : 00PM-1 : 00AM)

Location : Bangalore, Karnataka (Work from Office)

As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our B2B sales and business development in acquiring new customers and drive our business forward globally. Armed with your exceptional hunting, analytical, and negotiation skills, you'll engage with American Universities, uncover their unique needs, and present them with a tailored solution that will revolutionize their operations. We are looking for superstars to look after our Western Europe, North American market who will work with a diverse and a close-knit team in Australia, Spain, USA, UK, Malaysia and India.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and work collaboratively with the Partnership Directors to identify, develop, plan and execute the model for onboarding education providers in UK, USA according to the Formee Express values and functionality.
  • Researching prospective Education Providers who may be interested in utilising the Formee Express platform and creating a database, contacting, negotiating and facilitating the complete online onboarding process for them.
  • Prospect, connect with and build new relationships with the education providers, including Universities, Public & Private Colleges, Community Colleges, Schools.
  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting via video / audio calls.
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly / monthly sales lead generation activity reports to management.
  • Deliver both online and in person presentations regarding the benefits of the Formee Express system for Education Providers with the intent of prospecting or maintaining relationships.
  • Local travel to meet education providers; attend career expos and conferences (onshore and offshore)
  • Develop a customer care guide for Education Providers (which will be used by future BDOs or the Formee Express customer care team who will be available via the Live Chat)
  • Prepare concise targeted proposals and contracts.
  • Comply with the laws and regulations relating to the education industry in USA,UK.
  • Contribute to conceptualising and launching advertising campaigns across social media platforms with the help of the social media team.
  • Ad hoc marketing activities as required by management.

About You :

  • Superior spoken and written English- American accent is preferred.
  • Genuine interest in sales and technology
  • 3-4 years relevant business development experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in international educational industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You strive to negotiate and achieve targets
  • You are a self-starter, proactive, persistent and consistent.
  • Nice to Have :
