Your Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, customize, and deliver engaging training programs tailored to the specific needs and challenges of branches within your assigned region.
This will include product knowledge (Gold Loan schemes, processes), sales skills, customer service excellence, compliance, and operational procedures.
Collaborate closely with regional and branch leadership to identify training needs, performance gaps, and development opportunities that will contribute to achieving business goals.Facilitate interactive and impactful workshops, seminars, and on-the-job coaching sessions to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.Regularly visit branches within the Delhi NCR region to assess training requirements firsthand, observe employee performance, and gather feedback to inform training program development.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and assessments.Implement continuous improvements to ensure programs are relevant, impactful, and achieve desired outcomes.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of trainers (if applicable within the regional structure) to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of training across all branches.Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date training materials, manuals, guides, and records to ensure consistency and compliance.Continuously research and implement industry-leading training methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and engagement of training Educational Qualification :Master's / Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Business Administration, or a related field.4+ years of progressive experience in training and development, preferably within the financial services sector, with specific experience in sales or lending divisions being a strong advantage.Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs across multiple locations or branches.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Hindi.Demonstrated ability to assess training needs, analyze performance gaps, and develop targeted training solutions.Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and implementing improvements based on data and feedback.Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Willingness to travel extensively within the Delhi NCR regionref : iimjobs.com)
