Global Contracts Manager

What success looks like in this role :

• Reviews and prepares complex, specialized and / or non-routine responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications.
• Analyzes significant, and / or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions for compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies and business unit procedure.
• Manages contract change control process. Develops negotiation strategy and leads negotiation team on complex contractual issues.
• Analyzes new law, regulation, and contract trends for potential impact on business unit goals and objectives and functions as domain expert on selected areas and issues.
• Manages contractual agreements and related schedules.
• Evaluates all proposed contract service and pricing changes.
• Ensures implementation and adherence to the contractually required governance process.
• Provides guidance to account management for contractual opportunities to improve revenue, profits and / or risk exposure for the account.
• Provides guidance to account leadership on contractual rights and obligations.
• Responsible to lead resolution of commercial / contractual disputes with the client.
