CMS - Regional Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Territory Operations Ownership : Take full responsibility for logistics and operational performance in the assigned region.
• Logistics Strategy & Execution : Plan and execute route and resource optimization strategies to improve service quality and reduce operational costs.
• ATM & CDP Management : Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of ATMs and Cash Deposit Points in the region.
• Cost Optimization : Monitor expenses and implement measures to optimize operational spend across fleet, manpower, and infrastructure.
• Fleet Management : Oversee vehicle utilization, maintenance, documentation, and compliance to safety standards.
• Manpower Management : Efficiently manage teams, including hiring, training, performance monitoring, and workforce planning.
• Process Improvement : Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives for better efficiency and compliance.
• Risk & Compliance Management : Identify and mitigate operational risks; ensure adherence to internal controls and statutory guidelines.
• Liaisoning with Authorities : Coordinate effectively with government and local municipal bodies such as RTO, Police, and other officials as & Experience :
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Operations, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics operations, ATM management, or cash logistics services.
• Proven track record in managing large teams and handling high-value operational territories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a cost-conscious mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination and team management.
• Exposure to government liaison work is a plus.
