Performance Marketing Specialist (Healthcare)

Job descriptionFocus on acquiring high-quality leads that convert into clients for NuView Treatment Center. Optimize campaigns for cost efficiency and lead quality. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.). Use insights to continually refine and improve campaign effectiveness. Work with content creators and designers to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging. Ensure all advertising aligns with NuView’s brand, mission, and compliance standards. Conduct A / B testing on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Implement retargeting campaigns to maximize engagement and lead nurturing. Experience : 3-5+ years in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare, substance use treatment, or other highly competitive industries. Expertise in managing ads across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter (X), Reddit, and Quora. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel. Experience with Hubspot CRM and marketing automation tools. Excellent understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and buyer personas. Highly results-oriented with a focus on lead quality and ROI. Creative thinker with a knack for testing and optimizing ads. Strong communicator who can collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The center offers highly personalized whole person treatment with an integrative and holistic approach to improve mental, physical, and emotional health. NuView Treatment Center combines proven effective therapy with functional medicine practices.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketer to strategize, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Google, Google Pmax, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Quora, Twitter (X), and other emerging channels . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads in competitive industries and will play a pivotal role in expanding our outreach to individuals in need of support.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Strategy and Execution :
- Develop and execute data-driven paid marketing strategies tailored to our target audience.
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok, Reddit, Quora, and other platforms.
