Key Responsibilities :

• Strategize, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
• Oversee daily account management to ensure high performance, proactively identifying and implementing improvements.
• Continuously optimize for CTR, Quality Score, Conversions, and ROAS.
• Guide and support a team of performance marketers to achieve campaign excellence.
• Provide creative direction based on performance data including ad copy, templates, and visual suggestions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, design, and strategy to align marketing efforts.
• Generate and present detailed weekly / monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
