About the Job
As we expand our footprint into India, we're looking for a dynamic Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead full-funnel, data-driven marketing initiatives and ensure the Driven brand makes a powerful impression in this new market. This is a hands-on, strategic role that demands deep experience in performance marketing, campaign management, and digital tools.
Role Overview
This standalone role is perfect for a highly analytical and creative marketer with deep expertise in Google, Meta, and LinkedIn advertising, as well as email marketing, marketing automation, and landing page optimization. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing paid and owned media campaigns while closely tracking KPIs and driving measurable business results. Though you'll work independently on the ground in India, you’ll have the full support and collaboration of the Dubai HQ marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Creation, Execution & Optimization
- Plan, create, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
- Set up tracking, conversion goals, A / B testing, and bidding strategies to improve performance
- Analyze data and adjust campaigns based on performance KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions
Landing Page Management
Develop and optimize high-converting landing pages tailored to campaign goals and Indian market nuancesBasic design and development to test layouts.Email Marketing & Automation
Design and execute targeted email blasts and newsletters using tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, MailmodoImplement automated workflows for lead nurturing and customer retentionManage and segment email databases for personalized communicationsAnalytics & Tools
Use GA4, and other tools (e.g., Tag Manager, Data Studio) to monitor and report on campaign performanceTrack full-funnel metrics to understand user behavior, attribution, and ROIGenerate regular insights and reports for internal stakeholdersOrganic & Owned Channels
Manage content calendar and organic posting across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)Respond to engagement, comments, and direct messages to grow brand presenceProduce and publish content including short-form videos, reels, graphics, and basic editsDirect Communication Channels
Create and manage WhatsApp broadcasts, SMS campaigns.Automate and track engagement and lead generation from WhatsApp and SMS campaigns.Market Awareness & Brand Consistency
Act as the brand guardian in India, ensuring voice and messaging remain consistentLiaise regularly with Dubai HQ for brand strategy, campaign alignment, and creative supportStay on top of trends, competitor research, and customer insights in the Indian marketRequirements
3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing. Real estate experience is prefered.Proven ability to create and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedInStrong experience with email marketing, WhatsApp, marketing automation, and CRM toolsDeep understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking toolsExperience with landing page creation, CRO, and lead capture strategiesStrong communication skills in English (written and spoken)Hands-on and self-sufficient, comfortable managing campaigns from start to finish.Benefits
