With a deep-rooted legacy in turnkey solutions for the life sciences industry, we bring unmatched expertise in designing, manufacturing and installing complex utility systems. We are seeking a driven and detail oriented Procurement Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping high-precision, mission-critical systems for the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end procurement of ultra-high purity materials, including stainless steel tubes, fittings, valves, and cleanroom-certified equipment.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and project management teams to align procurement schedules with project execution plans.

  • Oversee logistics, inventory management, and warehousing to ensure timely availability of critical components.
  • Evaluate vendor capabilities, negotiate contracts, and build long-term relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
  • Drive supplier performance reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reliability.
  • Ensure all materials comply with SEMI, PED, and other international standards for semiconductor and PV solar applications.
  • Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and updates for senior management on spend analysis, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Supply Chain Management.
  • 5–10 years of procurement and supply chain experience in the semiconductor, PV solar, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of ultra-high purity materials, cleanroom standards, and global supplier ecosystems.
  • Proven expertise in vendor negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
  • Track record of driving cost savings, efficiency improvements, and supplier quality enhancements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with tight deadlines.
